Our entire operation is built around one question: What do our loan officers need to win?
We call it "warriors need weapons."
You can have the best soldier in the world but if you give them a butter knife, they're gonna lose.
So we invest everything into arming our team.
Proprietary software they can't get anywhere else. AI tools that actually work instead of looking flashy. Support staff that answers at 9pm.
Operations run by former Disney employees who understand experience matters.
Our ops team treats loan officers like guests, not employees.
Because here's what we figured out:
If we take care of the LO first, they'll take care of their clients better than we ever could.
We can't control every borrower interaction.

Took me way too long to figure out what loan officers actually care about.
I thought it was splits. Then I thought it was tech.
Then I thought it was culture and leadership and all that stuff we talk about at conferences.
And yeah those things matter.
But the thing that comes up more than anything else...
Their money.
Not the commission structure.
How their money is organized, tracked, and accessible to them at any moment.
Most brokerages run on some fancy Google Sheets with a bunch of formulas that kinda work until they dont.
And loan officers are sitting there doing mental math trying to figure out if their check is right.
Thats insane to me.
These people are closing millions of dollars in loans and they cant get a clear answer on what theyre getting paid next Friday.
So we built everything around transparency, accuracy, automation.
No guessing... or having to ask accounting to double check something... OR waiting until the 15th to find out you were shorted.
Its not the sexiest thing we've built.
But its probably the thing that makes people stay.
